REVON ENERGY CORP.

Revon Energy Corporation is the investment arm of the group to generate offgrid renewable power for offtakers by corporate power purchase agreements (cPPA). Revon Energy uses its patented power generators without fuels consumption with patented "liquid piston rotary motor" mechanism generating green direct current (DC) power. Revon Energy can build renewable power plants running 7/24 in any geographies. Generators can be modified to achieve required voltage and output by connection of 1MW or 2MW modules.

EVER HYDROGEN GROUP

Ever Hydrogen Group is the investment arm of the group to generate green hydrogen without power consumption. With its patented proess, green hydrogen is produced via exothermic chemical chain reactions in high pressure reactor system with reagents and catalysts using the energy occuring during continuous chain reactions to decompose water. Ever Hydrogen also generates green hydrogen by alkaline electrolyzers integrated to Revon Energy DC generators to achieve lowest OPEX and LCOH.

ENVON CHEMICALS INDUSTRY

Envon Chemicals Industry is established to expand group's business lines by using Revon Energy and Ever Hydrogen technologies. By integration to Ever Hydrogen and Revon Energy, Envon Chemicals produces green ammonia, e-methanol, e-methane, e-kerosene, chlor-alkali chemicals. As the hydrogen and power are 100% renewable, Envon Chemicals focuses in environmentally friendly chemicals supporting decarbonization targets especially in power intensive chemical production processes.

MIRVEN MINING & RECOVERY

Mirven Mining invests in mining projects to source feedstock to group companies and in energy intensive mining and refining projects. Integration with Ever Hydrogen and Revon Energy, Mirven Mining Company has always interest to expand its portfolio with industrial salts, metal ores and minerals for fertilizer industry. By Envon Chemicals and Revon Energy, Mirven Mining Company can source chemicals for refining at the mine site avoiding additional transport costs bringing tailor-made solutions to mining industry.
